Americorps: Persistence Coordinator 

The Persistence Coordinator will provide direct service/college persistence support to a caseload of college students, supervise the CREWS peer mentoring programs for their assigned campuses, supervise college coaches for their assigned campuses, and support the college success programming (events and workshops), and assist students in applying for our scholarship. This is done through workshop facilitation, one-on-one advising and event coordination. The Persistence Coordinator will also collect and analyze data to support in strategic decision-making.

The Director of College Access & Success is responsible for development, coordination, and maintaining records of our access services and partnerships for our K-12 program, Oakland Promise Future Centers and bridge support and counseling for our first year college students.
