Data Manager

The Data Manager is responsible for managing all information systems (Salesforce and WizeHive) that support our organization’s programmatic, development and financial departments. This includes reporting and analysis of data, gift processing and acknowledgments, as well as managing data import and data entry, data extraction, data quality initiatives, and other related activities.

Mentor Manager

The Mentor Manager is responsible for East Bay College Fund’s mentoring program, which provides socio-emotional and career support for our first year college students.

Persistence Adviser (Americoprs)

The Persistence Adviser is responsible for the expansion and implementation of our college persistence program and the direct coaching of individual scholars.

Reboot Coordinator

The Reboot Coordinator will provide direct service/college persistence support to a caseload of our most high-touch college students, develop and implement the Reboot program, and support the college success programming (events and workshops), and assist students in applying for our scholarship
