East Bay College Fund upperclassmen serve as student leaders to support freshmen Scholars from East Bay College Fund and students from our partner organizations in Northern California (College Success Network) and the Southern California College Access Network (SoCalCAN).

If a Scholar needs help, the Crews are a key support along with their Mentor and college counselor. The cohort pilots serve as a model for partner organizations from Northern and Southern California
